Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use OddsEdge (the "Service"). By creating an account or buying access you agree to them. Please read them, especially sections 2, 6 and 7.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by OddsEdge ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What the Service is, and is not

OddsEdge publishes statistical analysis and predictions for football, basketball and tennis matches. We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator: we do not accept bets, hold stakes or pay out winnings, and you cannot gamble on this website.

We share picks only. We analyse publicly available odds from many bookmakers, but we do not name, advertise, recommend or link to any bookmaker or betting website, and we receive no payment or commission from any of them.

Our predictions are estimates based on historical data and market movement. No outcome is guaranteed, past results do not predict future results, and you can lose money if you choose to bet based on our content. Nothing on the Service is financial or investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for making sure that using betting-related information, and any betting you do elsewhere, is legal where you are.

4. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

5. Plans and payment

  • Monthly Membership (€30 per month): full access to all picks. It renews automatically every month and is charged to your payment method until you cancel.
  • Week Pass (€10, one-time): full access to all picks for 7 days from purchase. It does not renew.
  • Day Pass (€3, one-time): full access to the picks of one selected day. It does not renew.
  • Prices are shown in euro. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 14 days before a price change affects your membership, and you can cancel before it applies.

6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. It then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. Because our content is digital and delivered immediately, you will be asked to agree, at checkout, that access starts right away and that you thereby lose this right of withdrawal for that purchase. 7. Acceptable use

Access is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • resell, republish or share paid picks or reasoning (for example in groups, channels or other websites);
  • scrape, copy in bulk or automate access to the Service;
  • try to bypass payment, access controls or security measures, or disrupt the Service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account for a serious breach, we do not refund the remaining period.

8. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Service, including picks, analysis, texts and design, belongs to us. These terms do not transfer any rights to you except the personal access described above.

9. Availability

We publish picks only when we find value, so we do not guarantee a minimum number of picks, matches or markets on any day. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

10. Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care. We are not liable for losses from betting or other decisions you make based on our content. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence), or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Responsible gambling

If you choose to bet, only stake what you can afford to lose. If betting stops being fun or you feel you are losing control, get support, for example from BeGambleAware or Gamblers Anonymous. We can close your account on request.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify members by email or on the Service at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state where the operator is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts there. Please contact us first via [email protected]; we will try to resolve any issue quickly. You may also contact your national consumer protection authority.
